Children around the world without a home to call their own are waiting to be adopted. Families, individuals and foster parents have the ability to take the step into the adoption process. One couple had two children of their own before they decided to adopt two more, a 6-year-old girl and a 1-year-old boy. The couple was the boy’s foster parents, before they decided to become his forever family. This little boy had been taken out of an abusive home and was non-verbal because of that. However, this family provided him with love and care; now 3 years old, he tests above average.
Like many people considering adoption, this couple admitted that they did not know everything that it would require. In spite of this, the joy they experience because of their children cannot be ignored. With some help, they can then make the decision to take the big step of starting the adoption process.
