November is National Adoption Month throughout the United States and many organizations and companies are doing their part to provide information and resources to those interested in adopting a child. Georgia families who are looking into the adoption process can seek assistance from those in the family law field to provide them with more information and guidance. They can also look into the extra resources being published and provided during this month.

Wendy’s is one restaurant, working alongside the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption, which is trying to make an impact in the area of adoption. This company has created a program that aims to help children who have been in the foster care system for long periods of time to find their forever family. The founder of Wendy’s, who was adopted when he was a child, inspired this organization.

During National Adoption Month, various leaders in the Wendy’s company and the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption are making themselves available to discuss some of the issues, stories and initiatives of adoption. This company is, additionally, employing extra recruiters to assist with the overload of cases in the foster care system. They are even designing their beverage cups to advertise the success stories of children who have been adopted.

This company was founded by a man who was adopted and feels like that process is about something worth sharing. Couples in Georgia who have been considering adopting a child now have even more resources that they can consult about their concerns and questions. Furthermore, these families can seek the assistance of a legal professional to look into or begin the adoption process.
